Enhanced Stand Alone Systems
Our enhanced stand alone keypads are designed to meet most residential, commercial, and industrial single door access control requirements. Each enhanced keypad provides two inputs for door monitoring and request to exit (REX), and four outputs; main lock relay, door ajar, door forced and alarm shunt. These outputs can trigger devices such as camera's, sirens, silent alarms, LED's, etc... based on entry without valid PIN access or delay in door closure.

In plain English, what does the "Enhanced " give me that the "Standard " doesn't ?
Door Forced Open Alarm
If I open a door without either a valid code or pushing the exit button then a siren sounds.
Door Held Open Alarm
If a door is propped open, then after a time, a siren sounds.
Auto Relock
If a door code is entered that gives you 15 seconds to go through it, then If you go through in only 3 seconds, the door will relock right when it is closed. This shortens the unlock time preventing someone from "tailgating" in behind you.
Alarm Shunt
If you have a burglar alarm, then the keypad can make the alarm "not see" the door opening after a valid code or pushing the exit button. The alarm goes back to normal after the door is closed. This allows you not to have to keep arming and disarming the alarm each time you use the door.
Note: When we say "code" we also mean a "card" or "code and card" or "keyfob" or any other valid access method. When we say "siren" it also could be a "light" or a "sounder" or any other kind of warning device.
